1. Why is there a hold on my Credit Card? BigMop is required to authorize but NOT charge your credit card to help prevent fraud and identity theft. This hold is generally 24 to 72 hours and it will show as only authorized but not charged. The credit card issuer is the party responsible for the time frame on the hold. They require BigMop to compare information input on the website with that of the credit card issuer. If information does not match, we are not allowed to accept you as a member. 4. Where do the numbers in Accubid come from? Accu-Bid formulas have been designed and refined through a multitude of salespeople with experience in the janitorial field. This can sometimes happen when you are using Internet Explorer 5.0 or below, or some other browsers. When you're starting out and the finances are low, there are a couple of things you can do. It will take dedication by you and a commitment to making it happen. Anyone can do it, but only those truly committed will win! We recommend the following: Write up a telemarketing script. A basic form can be found in the BigMop.com form vault to use for this. Write up a message that you can memorize, that takes no longer than 15 seconds to read. This is the amount of time you have your customers attention, and you need to say what they want to hear in that time frame. An example would be "Hi, I'm Jonathan with BigMop.com.
